1. Send Us a Water Sample

If you’re unsure about the quality of your water, simply send us a sample, and we’ll conduct a thorough analysis. Our team will identify any potential contaminants and recommend the best solutions for your home.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Sending a Water Sample:

1. Use a Sterile Plastic Container: Use a clean, sterile plastic bottle. Avoid using glass or recycled bottles.
2. Collect Water: Carefully fill the bottle with 500ml of water, avoiding contact with the inside of the bottle or the cap. 500ml is 2 cups, or about the size of a soda can.
3. Label the Bottle: Include your name, date, and location of collection (e.g., kitchen tap).
4. Ship Promptly: Ship your sample to our store (address below). We recommend saving the tracking number of your shipment so you can monitor its whereabouts.
