Our Happiness Guarantee

We’re committed to your satisfaction and want you to love your purchase. That’s why we offer a Happiness Guarantee within the first 30 days of delivery. Here’s what it means for you:

  • 30-Day Satisfaction Window: If you're not completely happy with your product, we’re here to help. Within 30 days of delivery, we’ll work with you to make things right, whether it’s through troubleshooting, a replacement, or a return.

  • Refunds & Exchanges: We offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and tags.

  • Return Condition Requirements: All returned items should be unused and in their original packaging. Products that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund or rejection.

  • Manufacturer Warranty Beyond 30 Days: After 30 days, our Happiness Guarantee expires, and any issues will be addressed under the specific manufacturer's warranty.

Exceptions and Special Conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items:

Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Happiness Guarantee Limitations:

  • We reserve the right to deny returns if the product is returned excessively worn, damaged, or incomplete.
