- Navigate to the Account section located in the top right corner of our website.
- In your account dashboard, select Manage Subscriptions to access your Subscription.
2. Updating Your Subscription
- In the Manage Subscriptions section, you can:
- Adjust Delivery Frequency: Modify how often you'd like to receive your products.
- Change Delivery Date: Choose the date that suits you best for your next shipment.
- Add or Remove Products: You can add items to your subscription or remove ones you no longer need.
- Be sure to Save Changes after making any adjustments. Once saved, you’ll see your updated delivery schedule.
3. Skipping a Delivery
- If you want to skip a delivery, simply select the Skip Next Delivery option under your upcoming orders.
- You’ll be asked to confirm this action, and once done, your next order will be automatically rescheduled to the following delivery date.
4. Pausing or Canceling Your Subscription
- To pause your subscription temporarily, select the Pause Subscription option, and choose the timeframe that works for you.
