  • Quality Products: We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If your item is defective or damaged when it arrives, we’ll make it right.

  • Safe Shipping: We carefully package orders and partner with trusted carriers to get your order to you on time and intact.


❌ What We’re Not Responsible For

  • Improper Installation: If a product is installed incorrectly or against manufacturer instructions, we cannot accept responsibility for resulting issues.

  • System Compatibility: We’re happy to guide you, but ultimately, it’s the customer’s responsibility to confirm product compatibility with your unique setup.

  • Damage During Use: We’re not liable for any damage caused to your home, plumbing system, or property due to product misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow maintenance schedules.

  • Third-Party Labor Costs: We do not reimburse installation fees or service costs from plumbers or contractors.
