Improper Installation: If a product is installed incorrectly or against manufacturer instructions, we cannot accept responsibility for resulting issues.
System Compatibility: We’re happy to guide you, but ultimately, it’s the customer’s responsibility to confirm product compatibility with your unique setup.
Damage During Use: We’re not liable for any damage caused to your home, plumbing system, or property due to product misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow maintenance schedules.
Third-Party Labor Costs: We do not reimburse installation fees or service costs from plumbers or contractors.
