30-Day “No Hassle” Return Window
You can return most items within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we’re unable to issue a refund or provide store credit.
Eligibility Checklist
Condition: Unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase: Your Water eStore order #, packing slip, or the email used at checkout.
Excluded items:
Custom-built or special-order systems
Opened or used filter cartridges/membranes
Clearance or final-sale items
How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] with: order #, SKU(s), and reason for return. We’ll reply within one business day with the next steps.
Return Shipping Costs
Our mistake (wrong item, mislabeled, arrived damaged): We will send you a prepaid trackable label.
Change of mind / ordered the wrong part: You cover shipping, customs, and brokerage.
If a delivery is refused or returned to us due to non-acceptance, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend accepting your delivery and contacting us if there’s an issue.

We strongly recommend a trackable service and insurance for items over $75; we can’t guarantee receipt otherwise.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival?
Snap a few photos of the packaging and the item, then email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or steer you through the manufacturer-warranty process if that’s faster.
Refund Timeline
We’ll email you once we’ve inspected your return (1–3 business days after it reaches us).
Approved refunds are processed immediately; your bank or card issuer typically posts the credit within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your statement hasn’t updated after 10 business days:
Verify with your bank/credit card issuer.

Restocking Fee
All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and warehouse handling. The fee is deducted from your refund total once the return is approved.
Shipping Cost Fee
If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Custom Orders
Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
