💰 Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: Orders over $75 ship free.

• Subscriptions Ship Free: All subscription orders qualify for free shipping, no matter the order total.

• Flat Rate: Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $10.

🌎 Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

• United States (from our U.S. warehouse)

• Canada (from our Canadian warehouse in Midland, Ontario)
  
  

We do not ship internationally outside of these two countries at this time.

⏳ Fulfillment & Delivery Timelines

• Parts and Filters: Usually ship within 48 hours.

• Custom Water Systems: Built to order, typically ship within 7–14 business days.
  
  

Once shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and selected carrier, but you’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.
