At Water eStore, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. That’s why we proudly sell only trusted brands that back their products with manufacturer warranties.
Because we’re a reseller—not the original manufacturer—your warranty coverage is provided by the brand that made the product, not by Water eStore directly. Below, you’ll find how that works and what to expect.
🔧 Warranty Coverage
Most products we carry come with a limited manufacturer warranty that protects against defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty terms vary by brand and product. Common warranty periods are 1–5 years depending on the item (e.g., filters vs. full systems).
Warranties generally do not cover:
Damage due to incorrect installation
Normal wear and tear
Issues caused by using incompatible or non-original parts
Improper maintenance, freezing, or misuse
🛠 How to Start a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product is defective and still under warranty, please follow these steps:
Email us at [email protected] with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and any damage
The serial number (if available)
We’ll confirm the warranty eligibility and either:
Direct you to the manufacturer to file a claim directly, OR
Submit the claim on your behalf (for brands that allow us to do so)
We’ll always try to make this process as easy as possible.
⚠️ Important Notes
Installation issues are not covered by warranties. If a licensed plumber or technician installed the product, we recommend reaching out to them if you suspect the issue is installation-related.
Any product that’s been modified or used outside its intended scope may be excluded from warranty coverage.
Warranty claims must be made within the original warranty period from the date of purchase.
