• Free Shipping: All orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping.
• Free Shipping on Subscriptions: We offer free shipping on all subscription orders, regardless of order value.
• Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $75 are subject to a flat shipping rate of $10.

💧 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only. 

💧 Ship Times & Customs

We ship 99% of our products from within the United States, ensuring a smooth and speedy delivery experience for our U.S. customers. 

Most orders for parts and filters are fulfilled within 48 hours, while custom-built systems may take approximately one week to prepare. 

For the rare items that do ship from Canada, we’ve historically covered all customs duties to make things easier for you. That said, with recent changes to tariffs and cross-border shipping rules, we’re currently navigating some new complexities.
